Use of Service

You may use our services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the services in any way or attempt to access them using a method other than the interface provided.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, host, and display that content to provide the service.

Payments

Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our billing policies.

Refunds & Cancellations

For paid subscriptions, we offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, contact us at hello@launchos.one within seven (7) days of purchase to request a refund. After the 7-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Subscriptions do not create long-term contracts — you may cancel at any time. Cancelling will prevent future billing, but does not automatically issue a refund unless you qualify under the refund policy above. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the service for illegal activities, to harass others, or to distribute malware.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LaunchOS is registered.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
